one months after the surgery, I still can not breathe and my nose is always wrong, it's like doctors who did not do something! I spent a lot of money in the hope of better results. All information on whether this is normal or what I would do would help, thank you

You are still healing so things do not look good at the moment. It is six weeks or more in the facial tissue to heal and change. It is still too early to decide how things are at the end. And if you do not specifically mentioned it is a reorganization of the nose, the doctor corrected only a deviated septum and not much "float". In any case, the question presented to your next doctor visit. It is the only one who knows exactly what has been done on the nose. If all you was not correct a crooked nasal septum, you may not notice a big difference in the shape of the nose is in the final. But to say yet, too early to see how it will look. And yet, unfortunately, swollen and sticky.
